Exhibitors

During the 2 days of the conference, a space is reserved for the professionals wishing to expose their know-how.

Our exhibition area is a very busy place during the assemblies conference, not only because of the quality of our exhibitors but also because it is in this area that coffee is served during the breaks.

In addition to the stand in the exhibition area, a 5min speaking time is given to each exhibitor in plenary. This is an opportunity to make the speakers want to come and see their stand (short oral presentation with or without slides, broadcasting of a short video, ...).

Note, however, that the 20min speaking time format reserved for speakers who have submitted an abstract must remain scientific/industrial and not commercial.

For your location in the exhibition area, we provide grids, electrical outlets (220 V), tables and chairs.
